Today I’m starting a public dev journal on here. I was planning to create a category and section for it on the website, and I still might. But for now, I’m just lowering the amount of effort it’s going to take for me to post these each day.

Sequencing

I just need to map everything out. Another design sprint wouldn’t hurt. The picture is all kind of scattered right now.

Version 0.0.11 of Bonsai is way more complex than previous versions. It just needs to be mapped out. I can do another design sprint for version 12 next month. Version 11 could benefit from at least mapping out the user flow. Then I need to execute on sales and promotion. But we can’t put the cart before the horse.

Sequencing– this is usually where my breakthroughs come from. Not necessarily the actions within themselves, because if they’re done in the wrong order they won’t yield the results. It’s in the order they are prioritized.

Here are my current priorities:

• Automatically submit web3 role upgrade forms (eliminates one step, but users can manually update their email or display names later)
• All web3 signup pages and forms
• Finalize swapping the sign up flow
  • notification emails
  • create locks
• Test sign up flow
• Map out user flow in a Notion Doc
